Transitional Blazers – High Street Picks

Uh ohhhh – she’s mentioned transitional, which means it’s officially the end of summer. Sorry guys! I’m torn because although I love summer, I can’t help but get excited about layering and everything that autumn brings for fashion. However, with that comes a strange transitional phase and we have to decide how we’re going to dress for rain/wind, storm named XYZ and the occasional 25 degree windows-down-on-my-way-to-work scorcher. My answer, especially for the office, is a selection of transitional blazers, and the high street is currently full of them.

I have a few blazers in my collection but was missing a neutral one that would go with plain dresses. I’d seen lots of people on Instagram wear beige/brown blazers and thought they’d be an ideal item for Autumn. I found this gorgeous one from H&M for £24.99 and it’s the perfect layering piece to add to a black dress, or a top/trousers combo. You could even wear it with jeans and a t-shirt to spruce up a casual look.

This particular blazer currently out of stock online but click here if you want the link to check back the stock. You never know! I got it in store and they had loads of them – as well as other colours.

Want some other options? I’ve got you covered.

I’ve collected some of the best blazers on the high street and grouped them together so you can search for what you’re looking for – the categories are black, neutrals and colour. Hope you find what you’re looking for!

Did you find anything you liked? I’m obsessed with the orange Missguided one! I think blazers are such great pieces that never go out of style so it’s always worth investing in some every year. I’m so happy with my H&M one and I hope you like my outfit! For any outfit details head over to my Instagram.

Let me know what you think of blazers – are you a fan?
